Cognigy is a Conversational AI platform that can be used to develop and run voicebots in conjunction with VIER Cognitive Voice Gateway. With the VIER Voice Extension for Cognigy, VIER provides a set of nodes that make it much easier for dialog designers to develop voicebots. Install the VIER Voice Extension in your Cognigy agent to use the nodes within the Flow Designer.
