Edit Set Speech-to-Text Service node

You can use the Set Speech-to-Text Service node to set the system to switch to a different speech-to-text service at a specific point in the dialog. This is the case, for example, if a better transcription result is expected for a specific use case with a different speech-to-text service.

How to edit the Set Speech-to-Text Service node:

  1. To make settings, click on the Set Speech-to-Text Service node.
  2. The window with the configuration options opens.
  3. Select a Language.
  4. Enter the Speech To Text Service. You have the following options:
  5. Profile Token
  6. Microsoft
  7. Google
  8. IBM
  9. EML
  10. OpenAI Whisper (US-hosted)
  11. If you want to use a service via the profile token and selected Profile Token under Speech-to-Text Service, enter the profile token that is displayed in VIER Cognitive Voice Gateway under Voice Service Profiles.
  12. Under Fallback Option, enter a Speech-to-Text service fallback. The Speech-to-Text service fallback is the Speech-to-Text service that becomes active if the stored Speech-to-Text service is not available. You have the following options.

  14. Microsoft
  15. Google
  16. IBM
  17. EML
  18. OpenAI Whisper (US-hosted)
  19. If you want to use a service via the profile token and selected Profile Token under Speech-to-Text Service, under Profile Token Fallback enter the Speech-To-Text Profile Token that is displayed in VIER Cognitive Voice Gateway under Speech Service Profiles > Profile Token.
  20. If you have selected Microsoft, Google or IBM under Speech-to-text Service, enter the following data or make the following settings:
  21. Boosted Phrases: Enter the list of phrases that receive an increased weight during voice recognition.
  22. Boosted Phrases from Context: Enter the key for which a list of phrases to be preferred is stored in the Context. If this node contains a list of preferred phrases, then it will be merged with the list from the Context.
  23. Enable the Profanity Filter: If you want to filter out terms of abuse, set the switch to Enable the Profanity Filter.
  1. Optionally assign a different Label under Settings. This label will be displayed in the Chart.
  2. Add a Comment if required. This comment will be displayed in the Chart in the node.

  4. Enter an Analytics Step if required. This analytics step is recorded in Cognigy Insights when the node is executed in the dialog.
  1. To save the settings click Save Node.
  2. To discard the settings click Cancel.
