Edit Use SIP REFER node

Using the Use SIP REFER node, you can initiate a SIP REFER request in Cognigy. Check the result of the SIP REFER request by using the Check SIP REFER result node. For details on the Check SIP REFER result node, see Edit Check SIP REFER result node.

How to edit the Use SIP REFER node:

  1. To make settings, click on the Use SIP REFER node.
  2. The window with the configuration options opens.
  3. Enter the Destination of your SIP REFER request by entering a phone number with a country code
  4. or
    by entering a SIP URI.
  5. User-to-User Information…
  6. Custom SIP Headers…
  7. Custom Data…
  8. To stop the flow after the execution of the Use SIP REFER node, activate the switch Quit Flow.
  1. Optionally assign a different Label under Settings. This label will be displayed in the Chart.
  2. Add a Comment if required. This comment will be displayed in the Chart in the node.

  4. Enter an Analytics Step if required. This analytics step is recorded in Cognigy Insights when the node is executed in the dialog.
  1. To save the settings click Save Node.
  2. To discard the settings click Cancel.
